Lilian has several years’ experience in legal practice and policy making. As a law-firm Partner in Nairobi, she played a key role in business development strategy, resulting in significant revenue growth. She is skilled in legislative advocacy, having successfully lobbied for legislative changes both at the National Assembly of Kenya and local government. Lilian invests in and advises start-ups across a range of industries including fintech and health-tech. She started her career as a corporate lawyer at DLA Piper-Kenya, advising private equity and venture capital funds on equity and debt investments.
